Help us kick off the new school year with a message for our hard-working teachers! We are putting together a welcome-back video montage to show our staff, and we’d love for your children to participate!
Here’s what to do:
1️⃣ Record a video (15 seconds or less): Have your child complete one of these sentences:
• "Dear Teachers, thank you for..."
• "My advice for teachers this year is..."
2️⃣ Keep it clear: Film horizontally (landscape mode) in a bright, quiet room.
3️⃣ Submit: Send your clip to jatemple@riverdaleschools.org by August 10th.

🗓️ Office Reopening & New Registration
Monday, August 3rd
Regular Office Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM for any general questions.
New Family Registration: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Elementary Gym.
What to bring: Please remember your child’s birth certificate, proof of residency verification, and any new immunization forms.

Thursday, August 20th: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Scheduling Note: Teachers will reach out to you directly to schedule your specific conference time once class rosters are finalized during the week of August 10th.

Pre-K had an amazing concert last night featuring award winning musician, Jim Gill! What a great turnout and event.
Third grade students took a little time out of their day to play board games as part of the end of year countdown fun!
5th grade had an amazing field trip to Springfield this week!

Through this partnership, students gained hands-on job experience, built confidence, and developed important life and workplace skills in a real-world setting.
Their presentation truly highlighted the growth we’ve seen this year, and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work, teamwork, and professionalism.
A huge thank you to The Summit of Bettendorf for being such an incredible community partner and the support of our Riverdale School District Administration and Board!”

Riverdale Elementary School had a blast celebrating Earth Week. Thank you to Mrs. Bradshaw and all of the supporting organizations for making it a week to remember.

Riverdale Middle School spent the day engaged in community service activities on April 22nd. The entire student body and staff took part in one of eighteen activities as a way to give back to our community, spread good by doing good, and celebrate the benefits of volunteering.

Renovation of the middle school auditorium began this morning following the completion of the spring play on Sunday. Lots of progress!
