Boys Basketball Home Opener

On Friday, December 1st, the Riverdale boys basketball team had their first home game of the season! The JV started at 5:30 in the Riverdale High School gym and the varsity followed. Both teams played a hard fought game against Mercer County High School. The JV team unfortunately lost 44-28. The varsity Rams took a tough loss with the final score being 71-56. It was a very tough but well fought game. The cheerleaders had a great halftime performance and kept everyone’s spirits up the whole game! The pep band was also performing to support the boys in their home opener. The boys next home game will be Tuesday, January 2nd.
