Senior, Cassidy Kline, said “Our Riverdale speech team had a tremendous season! Although we had to miss a few tournaments due to weather cancellations, we saw so much growth throughout competing. Each member of our team was dedicated, put in many long nights into their pieces, and overall treated each other like a family. We grew so close and spent much more bonding time together this year, so it was very sad to reach the end of our season already. However, as for me and Cael, we can both agree that we had an amazing season and were so proud that an event made it to state!”. Scholastic Bowl had four seniors who were Cael Hinde, Ian Smiddy, Logan Ogden, and Oliver Bull. Senior, Cael Hinde, said "Rebuilding from last year is something we knew would be difficult, but we've found ourselves to be improving with the season and right on track with our goals. The team has been amazing, and our chemistry is what keeps us ahead." Scholastic bowl will be headed to the Masonic state tournament on March 1st.
