Unlocking Potential

Career Day at Riverdale High School takes place in early February, and students get the opportunity to learn about different careers. Students are put into classes and get the chance to hear about a certain career or field they are interested in. Throughout the day, students go to different sections around the school to learn about multiple fields of work. It is a great opportunity to get an idea of what a student might want for themselves as they grow. There were a lot of careers in attendance on Friday, February 6th. Some of the careers included sports training, finance, construction, agricultural business, and even a local mural artist. These special guests were very excited to share what their careers might offer for the younger generation!
